Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

- Should you not be satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it for a refund. Please note however that the return postage and costs are the buyers responsibility.

-Returned products must be their original condition and include all the components that we're shipped with the item and well packaged to avoid damaging the product during transit.

Exchanges:

I don't accept exchanges, however please contact me if your product arrives damaged or if there are any issues.

Customs and import taxes

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

- CraftsbyCaroline is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Shipping

- Shipping costs within Canada below $75 CDN: $5.99. All orders over $75 CDN dollars qualify for free shipping.

- Shipping costs worldwide (Including USA): $9.99-$12.99 depending on weight. All orders over $150 CDN dollars qualify for free shipping.

Payment

- Payments are accepted by cash, e-transfer or card payments by square (Available for any order over $20 CDN)  if you are located in the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

- All other orders will be processes through Paypal. (Debit or Credit accepted)

- Note that paypal keeps your payment information secure and this information is never shared with CraftsbyCaroline.

Pricing:

- All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CDN) 

- Payment can be made in other currencies, the conversion will be done directly through paypal,
